We pride ourselves on providing fresh, high quality produce which is lovingly crafted by our Master Butcher, Derek.
With stock ranging from Venison, Wild Boar, Rabbits and Guinea Fowl, we are also able to supply game birds dependent on the season.
Due to the nature of our business all stock is seasonal, however, we will always do our best to provide whatever you need (even if it is frozen).
Sussex Smokers
Sussex Smokers offers a huge variety of Traditionally Oak Smoked foods including Mackerel, Kippers, Scottish Salmon, Local Trout and various fish pates. We also have handmade smoked Chorizo and Toulouse style sausages which we cure and smoke along side Bacon and Hams at our smokery located in the rural heart of the East Sussex countryside.
